Property Construction
We construct all our properties in-house, working with a trusted team of local contractors who have collaborated with us for years. Their expertise allows us to achieve the high-end finishes that define an LDA home. Many of our properties are sold off-plan, giving buyers the opportunity to personalise their home – from room and kitchen layouts to feature walls and flooring choices – ensuring the finished result is truly unique to them.
