We quite often purchase land with planning permission already granted but are more than happy to work with land owners to obtain planning permission for development.

When land has been acquired we start from scratch at the architects and layout a site that we can be proud off making sure we make the most of the land and surrounding views. We have a selection of popular house types used on previous projects that combine traditional materials that represent a Suffolk property while ensuring the house is very efficient using modern renewable energy technologies.

We construct all our own properties on our developments using a reliable team of local contractors that have been working together for years producing high end finishes to suit our specifications. Quite often the properties on our developments are sold off plan and we work with the buyers to customise the finishes to their personal specifications whether its room or kitchen layouts to feature walls and floor finishes.
